I’ve had a thing for mermaid inspired makeup for a while now, so here’s a quick makeup look I put together recently. The whole look was sea themed with blue coloured makeup products and the help of a bit of sparkle.
To create this look you will need:
LIMECRIME – Lipstick & Glitter Helper
RIMMEL LONDON – Mascara
EBAY – Sequins
WICKED HIPPIE – Gems
SMASHBOX – Art.Love.Color Palette
SEPHORA – White Liner
You’ll first begin applying a white eye shadow over your eye lid. Then take Limecrime’s Glitter Helper and apply to the lid, leaving the inside corner of your eye. Take some of the glitter and apply on top using a cotton bud to help.
Now move on to your lashes. Take the blue mascara and apply a good amount. You can use tweezers to separate lashes, it’s a nice little trick I do and it helps to get rid of clumps.
Finally to finish off the eyes, apply a few gems around the outside corner of your eye and apply white liner to the inner lids.
Now onto the lips. I’ve gone for Limecrime’s blue shade called Cry Baby as it matches the rest of the makeup perfectly.
And voila! A blue, mermaid inspired makeup look!
